Each conversation in WhatsApp Business API has a 24 hours window where you can send unlimited messages to a particular user.
Frong do not charge anything extra for sending messages. You will be charged directly by WhatsApp / Facebook.
Refund
Once the account is created and assigned, there is no refund applicable. However you can request us for a Demo before you make the purchase.

Yes WhatsApp application 100% free, but that is on the regular WhatsApp messaging application.
WhatsApp Official API platform, charges a nominal fees when you initiate a message to a customer.
There is a window of 24 hours window where you can send unlimited message to a customer, but when you initiate a message after 24 hours window, you will be charged for the same. The charges varies depending on the country code of the customer's WhatsApp Account.
Please note these charges are applicable for those who are using WhatsApp Business API platform. And no charges are applicable for those using regular WhatsApp Application or WhatsApp Business Application.
Account Cancellation
Yes you can cancel the account any time and you will be stopped being charged by WhatsApp / Facebook.
However there will be no refund of charges paid to us for using the application.
Billing for WhatsApp Conversations are prepaid or postpaid
During the registration of new number on Facebook Developer account you will have to configure your credit card. The charges will be deducted automatically from Credit Card.
